Noreen DOONER

Noreen is the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition and Graduate Programmes at BNP Paribas, encompassing midcareer, grads and interns and internal mobility. She has lived in Hong Kong for eight years but very familiar with Asia Pacific, having lived here three different times prior. She started her career in a global multinational company in Sales and Marketing. After graduate school, she joined a consulting company in Tokyo Japan. After that experience, that joined the investment banking industry in London. During her time there, she eventually moved into HR, initially looking after campus recruitment and development, and has been in HR ever since. Her influence has often been focused on helping people connect the dots of their experience and show how to bring that knowledge and understanding to their next role.
