Frederic Dussaux heads the Strategy and Development team and Digital Initiatives for Global Markets APAC, overseeing the definition and implementation of various key strategic projects in the region.
As a strong advocate for the bank's technological transformation and talent development, Frederic is actively involved in various forums to champion these causes, including chairing the ASIFMA Fintech working group, judging fintech competitions, and serving as an engaged board member of a tech company. He is also a proud sponsor of BNP Paribas Global Market's graduate initiatives in APAC.
With a background in Management Consulting and having joined BNP Paribas since 2007, Frederic has held multiple positions in Paris and Hong Kong, where he oversaw business strategy and development, acquisitions and restructuring, exchange-traded product sales, marketing, and commercial deplovment of BNP Paribas' electronic platforms and offerings to clients.
Outside of work. Frederic enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and three young kids.
