Adnan Meraj is Head of Asia Financial Sponsors Group (“FSG”) at BofA Securities. Adnan is responsible for assisting private equity clients and their portfolio companies in the Asia Pacific region on the full suite of investment banking products including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to this role, Adnan was Co-Head of APAC Syndicated & Leveraged Finance and was responsible for originating and distributing Loans across both the Investment and Leveraged finance space. He joined BofA in 2013 in Hong Kong and has been in APAC since 2005. Adnan joined BofA Securities in 2013, prior to which he held roles at various banks covering the APAC debt markets since 2004. Adnan holds a Bachelors of Science (Hons) in Economics from University College, London.
