We are honoured to welcome you to AIBC 2026, which takes place on 24–25 August at the National Gallery Singapore. This year's theme, "Asia Ascendant," reflects Asia's emergence as a driving force in global finance and underscores the region's growing appeal as a destination for aspiring finance professionals. Through this theme, we hope to inspire students from both local and international institutions to explore the diverse opportunities available across Asia's dynamic financial landscape. As APAC's largest student-led finance conference, AIBC has spent the past 18 years fostering meaningful dialogue that bridges academic learning with the realities of the financial industry.

This year's conference is structured around four core divisions of finance: Investment Banking, Asset Management, Sales & Trading, and Private Banking. Across each track, delegates will hear from experienced professionals representing leading global institutions, providing first-hand insights into the skills, challenges, and opportunities that define each sector. For many attendees, AIBC marks the beginning of their journey into finance: an opportunity to explore different career paths, refine their interests, and gain a clearer understanding of where they aspire to build their careers.

What distinguishes AIBC is its emphasis on hands-on learning. Through competitions, case study workshops, and technical breakout sessions, delegates will engage directly with real-world financial challenges, whether analysing Asian equities, constructing portfolio allocation strategies, or navigating live-market trading scenarios. These experiences are designed to simulate real-world decision-making and equip you with the analytical skills required in the field.

Moreover, we have made it a core priority this year to broaden access to financial education for all delegates through our online workshops and handouts on technical finance concepts. In doing so, we aim to welcome a diverse cohort, ranging from those already equipped with advanced financial knowledge and preparing to enter the industry, to those just beginning to explore their interest in finance.
